Happy new year!
By this time you have committed to your resolution to be healthy. How's it going so far? Are the pounds dropping off like you had imagined? How's your energy? Are you sleeping well?
Don't get disappointed if your results aren't as great as you hoped. You may just need some guidance to reboot your health. And you're in luck. This month I'll be hosting the documentary Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead at Pilgrims Market in Coeur d' Alene and immediately following the film screening, I'll be giving a juicing demo to show you exactly what you need to reboot your life to get your health on track.
Fruits and vegetables pack a powerful punch! Eating more of them is a good way to stay healthy and live longer. Research shows that a  diet rich in fruits and vegetables can decrease the risk for things like cancers, cardiovascular disease, stroke, diabetes and mental illness. Fruits and vegetables have also been credited with alleviating the day-to-day effects of painful, chronic conditions such as constipation, irritable bowel syndrome, headaches and migraines, chronic fatigue syndrome and fibromyalgia. Nice work, fruits and veggies!
So join me January 10 at 12:00 noon or January 12 at 6:00 pm at Pilgrims Market in Coeur d' Alene and learn how to reboot your diet and discover and all new rejuvenated you.

Eat well and enjoy life!
