I was considering competing in the sport of Figure and was referred to Tina for the nutritional guidance it would take to make my goal of doing a show. I came to Tina with an already speedy metabolism and low body fat and was relatively fit but not necessarily healthy. I thought I was eating right but boy did I have alot to learn-and she had alot to teach! Tina opened my eyes to the impact our diet actually has on our overall fitness, health and appearance and made me more aware of my strengths and weaknesses. Over the course of six months, while eating 2600 daily calories, I was able to make substantial gains in muscle mass while still losing body fat-all WITHOUT any CARDIO at all! I never would have thought this was possible until I trusted Tina and followed her meal plan precisely. She would make small adjustments to my diet to achieve specific goals (dropping water wieght, etc.)  and I could literally see the changes in a mirror within three days!  Tina understands not only the value of super foods and ph balance but how to get the best results when foods are eaten at the right time of day. She has a superb knowledge of the hypoglycemic value of food and her supplement plan helps protect organ and mental health and hormonal balance to improve your overall well-being. Working with Tina requires accountability and loads of self-discipline but she also has a compassionate understanding that there are mental and emotional changes involved with physical transformation. By practicing better nutrition I saw myself transform from the inside out in body, mind and spirit and it's empowering. I'm a mother and grandmother and now a figure athlete in the best shape of my life thanks to Tina and her commitment to my health! Whether you want to become an elite athlete or just improve your overall health and well-being, Tina is the lady that can lift you up and help make it happen!

I first met Tina in 2006, and she made me realize you can never know enough about health! Although I have always been physically active, I had much to learn about nutrition! I had been bitten by the nutrition bug a few years prior, and started competing in physique competitions.  I won my first major show shortly after meeting Tina. I thought I nailed the basics in nutrition by then, but Tina kept surprising me with new tidbits of knowledge! She has since introduced me to several facets of nutrition since. I am forever grateful to Tina in inspiring me to care not only how I look, but what I put in my body! Her periodic emails keep me inspired with new delicious recipes to cook, new foods to try, and moving tales of inspiration!  Her gift is one that keeps on giving, since I pass them onto my friends and coworkers.

"As a former certified nutritionist, personal trainer and health club owner, I have worked with professional athletes, trained with professional bodybuilders and have talked with countless nutrition experts over the past 20 years. I have competed in 10 bodybuilding competitions, adventure races and held a juniors world record in power lifting. I have always considered myself to be a very healthy person who maintains a healthy lifestyle. Over the past 3 years, I can honestly say that she has taught me more than my 20+ years of being in the industry.
I competed in the Washington State Natural Bodybuilding Competition (a drug tested show) in Seattle on 8/7/10. I placed 3rd in the open men’s class. If you have ever competed, or know anyone who has, you probably have heard how difficult dieting is and how miserable the last couple of weeks are. Tina adjusted my normal healthy diet for 18 weeks prior to the show to get me in contest shape which is about 5% bodyfat for me. I enjoyed the ENTIRE pre contest prep, and all of our friends can vouch for that! That in itself is a huge testament to Tina’s detailed food nutrient understanding, supplement expertise, and ability to put it all together in a whole food based diet in order to change and improve the human body. Even for someone with more extreme goals.  Tina, you impress me every day with your natural gift of coaching and educating people on the power of food."

"Tim is not a person who "appears" to be unhealthy or someone who "needs to loose weight". Viewing his before picture, you'd say to yourself, 'this guy looks great'. But when Tim and I sat down and discussed his eating habits he knew he had more to worry about than his outside appearance. I was concerned about Tim's health and I wanted to teach him how to eat healthy for the rest of his life to prevent disease and conditions such as diabetes or cardiac risks. I promised Tim if he followed my plan for 4-5 weeks, he'd reach his body fat goal of 12%, maintain or even gain muscle mass and not loose more than 5 pounds.
I am so very proud of him and his commitment to his health."

Working out has always been a part of my life.  But my eating habits were far from healthy. I would skip breakfast, drink a coffee, sometimes eat lunch and pretty much eat whatever I wanted for dinner.  My biggest weakness was my major sweet tooth.  For me nothing tasted better than a bag of M&Ms or gummi bears.  I have never been one to count calories or really watch what I ate. About the only thing I didn’t eat was fast food or greasy foods.  When I would go to the grocery store and the label said low fat, fat free or sugar free it must be good for you, boy was I wrong!
Now at age 36, Tina put me up to a nutrition challenge.  She told me that in one month’s time I would be eating healthy and living without the sugar, losing body fat and eating five meals a day of the proper foods.  With much doubt I took the challenge. The first week I could not believe that I could eat this much food and actually lose body fat.  But to my surprise within the first 10 days it seemed like my body fat was melting away and I had not changed my workout routine at all.  Accepting this challenge has been one of the best things I have ever done. I have gained knowledge about nutrition and have made it part of my lifestyle. I am very pleased with the results and feel healthier than I have ever felt, thanks to Tina.
