INDIVIDUAL PLAN $199
What’s involved?
First Visit - approximately 2 hours
You will be asked to provide details about your goals, the foods you eat, your medical history, your activity level and any medications and/or supplements you are taking. This allows me to get to know you and identify any obvious areas for improvement or change. A complete body composition will be taken which covers: body fat tested by a non-invasive nine site caliper, weight, measurements, blood pressure and full body photos.
Second Visit – approximately 1 hour
The second visit will be scheduled within 1-2 days after the First Visit. By reviewing your completed comprehensive nutritional analysis print out on your current dietary intake, you will see where your diet needs improvement. You will receive a new Meal Plan with a complete Seasonal Food Guide and Exchange List and how to use it, a Season Produce Pocket Guide, educational handouts and the results of your body composition. Your personal photos will be emailed to you. We will discuss where the improvements to your diet need to be made and the best strategies to achieve your goals.
2 week Follow-Up Visit- approximately 1 hour
The 2 week Follow-Up consultation is your commitment to accountability. Two weeks is plenty of time to see and feel the results of your nutrition plan. Revisions to your meal plan will be given if needed and a complete body composition will be included in the consultation.

Tina takes information from your current diet and lifestyle and does a complete nutritional dietary analysis. This will help you discover what vital nutrients may be lacking in your diet or the improper balance of proteins, carbohydrate and fats for your specific dietary needs. Educating you on the proper balance and food combining will make you successful in reaching your goals whether your goal is to loose weight, gain muscle or increase endurance.
Home Kitchen Makeover $99.00
Your home environment is key to your healthy lifestyle. By improving your environment you set yourself up for success. This is an in-home consultation where Tina helps you discover foods in your own kitchen that could be sabotaging your success in achieving your goals and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. She'll help you rid your home of garbage and make recommendations for healthier options so you don't have to give up the foods you love. She'll give tips on quicker food preparation, proper food storage containers and help you downsize your portions by recommending the right serving size dish for you.
Grocery Shopping Consultation $60 per hour
Tina will accompany you in your local grocery store and teach you how to read nutrition labels and identify "healthy foods". You'll receive a reusable grocery bag, a seasonal produce pocket guide and a seasonal grocery list template to help you shop.
Body Composition Test $20.00
A Skinfold Caliper is designed specifically for simple accurate measurement of subcutaneous tissue by taking a 9 site skinfold assessment.This noninvasive method is the most widely used body composition testing method for assessing percent body fat. Your weight, measurements and blood pressure will also be taken in this complete body composition.
Fitness Program Design $99.00A customized and innovative fitness program to fit your specific lifestyle and goal. By analyzing your individual needs, Tina can also make suggestions such as selecting the right fitness facility and or personal trainer to fit your goals.
For in-home services outside of Hayden, ID an additional travel fee will apply.
